staff were very attentive and efficient. the ipad is really useful, it includes everything i needed ! the room designs is unique and the hotel are wonderful.
The room felt a bit small! i expected a slightly bigger space for the price. the jacuzzi smelled a little bit off. The water perhaps need to be changed more often.

the hotel had a great ambience and a design targeted for couples. the rooms are designed lavishly and all furnishings are comfortable.
i found the room small, it was too expensive for what you get. nothing was included, everything incurred extra cost i had not anticipated.

Bruce was wonderful. he gave me an upgrade for my fiancé's birthday! the gentleman at check-in was genuinely cute. His hospitality was lovely. the ladies at the spa were very friendly. I want to thank them all, and i will definitely return!
The high-tech features are great in theory! but our room had lighting issues. It was difficult to operate the controls, and some lights didn't work at all.

Room service included delicious food. I found this particularly convenient after long days of exploring. every dish tasted gourmet. the pastries were flaky, and the eggs tasted buttery fresh.

The location was excellent. It was a quiet street (i loved this) but close to a wide variety of restaurants. The nearest metro was only a couple of minutes walk away from the building. The room size was very spacious and had the largest bed i've ever seen. A tablet controlled the lighting, curtains, tv and radio.
The bathroom had glass walls and was separate from the toilet.
